PKR100 Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the PKR100 platform, accessible at pkr100.win and through the PKR100 mobile application. PKR100 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live casino, bingo, and related services to eligible users.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the PKR100 platform, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, you can contact the PKR100 support team before proceeding.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use PKR100. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PKR100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned subject to verification.

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on PKR100. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. PKR100 may merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. PKR100 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You must be the legal owner of all payment methods used on your account.
• Accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited are not eligible to register.
• PKR100 reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.

3. Deposits

PKR100 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges on standard deposits.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR100 account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact the support team with your transaction reference before making another attempt.

PKR100 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must belong to you personally. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. PKR100 may request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Same day for verified accounts in most cases.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Cards and mobile wallets: 1–5 business days.

VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing. Platinum VIP members are eligible for instant withdrawals processed at any hour. Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method selected.

PKR100 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may involve requesting supporting documentation such as a copy of your national identity card or proof of address. These checks are completed as quickly as possible and are a standard part of responsible platform operations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

PKR100 runs a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback, and VIP-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
• PKR100 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has started meeting its wagering requirements, any genuine real-money winnings will be retained.
• Bonuses may not be transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of their use on the PKR100 platform.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to account collusion, bet hedging specifically to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated wagering — may result in bonus removal and account suspension.

6. Sports Betting Rules

PKR100's sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, and esports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the PKR100 platform.

Bet placement: Bets are confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. A bet is not valid until this confirmation is received. If you do not receive confirmation, contact support before placing another bet on the same market.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket fixtures or the relevant international federation for other sports. Where results are disputed or under official review, settlement may be delayed until a final result is confirmed.

Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if the market was offered in error. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full. Partially voided accumulators are recalculated using the remaining legs.

• In-play bets are accepted at PKR100's discretion and may be suspended or refused at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These are published in the sportsbook help section.
• PKR100 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict certain markets for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred may be voided at PKR100's discretion, regardless of settlement status.

7. Casino and Games

PKR100's casino section includes live dealer games, video slots, table games, bingo, and instant-win products. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer operations. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, previous results, or account status.

Return to player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in each game's information panel. These represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Casino gaming involves financial risk and results will vary.

PKR100 is not responsible for any interruption to casino game sessions caused by connectivity issues on the player's end. If a game session is interrupted mid-round, the round result will be determined and settled once the connection is restored, based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection.

8. VIP Programme

PKR100 operates a four-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity on the platform over a rolling period. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page.

VIP benefits vary by tier and may include higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority support, personalised bonuses, cashback, and — at Platinum level — a dedicated account manager. Benefits are reviewed periodically and may change. PKR100 will notify affected VIP members of any material changes to benefit structures.

VIP status is not transferable between accounts. If a VIP account is found to have violated these Terms, VIP status and associated benefits may be removed without compensation. Tier downgrade may occur if activity levels fall below the threshold required to maintain that tier within the relevant rolling period.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKR100 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. PKR100 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKR100 support immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily lock the account while the investigation is ongoing. PKR100 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's failure to keep login credentials secure.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account protection.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Do not access PKR100 over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks where possible.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

PKR100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Holding duplicate accounts on the platform.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting collusion, or other forms of systematic exploitation of promotions.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest match-fixing awareness, insider information, or coordinated wagering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without first contacting PKR100 support.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PKR100 staff or other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PKR100 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed with a positive real-money balance and no evidence of wrongdoing, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method.

11. Responsible Gaming

PKR100 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from betting decisions, bonus misunderstandings, or account actions taken in accordance with these Terms. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

13. Changes to These Terms

PKR100 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using PKR100 and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to you subject to any outstanding verification requirements.
